Day 1 -Tuesday, December 11: The Journey Begins
Today, we board our flight and head to Israel.
Day 2 – Wednesday, December 12: Welcome to Israel
Arrive at the Tel-Aviv airport, be greeted and assistance by a "Jerusalem Eternal Tours" representative. Bruchim Habaim and welcome to the Land of the Bible. We transfer to the shores of the Mediterranean Sea where we settle in for our first night in the Land of Promise.

Day 3 – Thursday, December 13: Mediterranean Shores
We begin this day with a scrumptious breakfast overlooking the Mediterranean Shores. From here, we head North and climb up Mt. Carmel, we learn of the power of prayer at the same area where Elijah earnestly prayed to end a 3 year drought (1 Kings 18:42). We proceed to Mt. Megiddo, overlooking the valley of Armageddon. Next, we continue to Nazareth Village and see the environment of which Jesus spent most of His childhood. We end this day with a Baptismal service at the Jordan River (Yardenit).

Day 4 – Friday, December 14: Explore the Galilee
Begin the day with a beautiful boat ride on the Sea of Galilee. We travel up to Mt. Beatitudes where Jesus preached the Sermon on the Mount. (Matt. 5:1-12) Visit Capernaum and see the remains of this ancient town. Proceed to Tabha, where Jesus blessed the very little which the boy had and with it He fed the multitudes. After a St. Peters Fish Lunch on the shores of the Galilee, our travels take us to Caesarea Philippi, also known as the Banias, where Peter made his great confession and Jesus was recognized as the Messiah (Mark 8:27). Day 5 – Saturday, December 15: Come, Let Us Ascend to Jerusalem
We begin this day driving south through the Jordan valley, passing Jericho and the region where Joshua crossed over into the Promised Land. We will now ascend Jerusalem and visit the epic Mt. Of Olives, taking in the breathtaking view of Mount Moriah (Gen 22:2) and the Dome of the Rock from atop the Mount of Olives (Luke 22:39-42) the place where Jesus will return. Next, we visit The Garden Of Gethsemane, here, we read the scriptures of Jesus' prayer (Matt.36) and take time for personal reflection. We proceed now to the Israel Museum to see where the Dead Sea Scrolls are stored, here, we also see an impressive model of Jerusalem during the Second Temple period.
Day 6 – Sunday, December 16: Jerusalem, Old City
We put on our walking shoes and begin at Mt. Zion visiting the Upper Room. Next, we spend time in the Jewish Quarter including seeing all the preparations for building the Third Jewish Temple. From here, we proceed to The Western Wall, the last retaining wall of the Second Jewish Temple. Leave a note of prayer and take the special Tunnel Tour. The remaining of the day will be spent at leisure shopping at the Arab market.
Day 7 – Monday, December 17: Jerusalem, City of David
This morning, we visit The Temple Mount. A short hike from here brings us to King David’s palace and Hezekiah’s Tunnel. During the afternoon we will enjoy a few hours of leisure time in Jerusalem.
Day 8 – Tuesday, December 18: Dead Sea
Today we head to the lowest place on earth, the Dead Sea, and beyond that to Masada – ruins of King Herod’s mountaintop fortress and the last stronghold of the Jewish revolt against the Romans in 73 C.E. (ascend and descend by cable car). Next we proceed to visit Ein Gedi, where David fled from the wrath of Saul. Following a relaxing float on the Dead Sea we continue to Qumran, where the Dead Sea scrolls where discovered.
Day 9 - Wednesday, December 19: Jerusalem, City of Peace
We retrace Jesus’ pain-filled steps to the cross on a street called the Via Da La Rosa, we proceed to the Garden Tomb for Holy Communion. This afternoon, we explore more sights within Jerusalem including the Holocaust Museum. Leisure time in the evening will free us to explore more historical gems within walking distance as well as shopping on Ben Yehuda district.
Day 10 - Thursday, December 20: Shalom!
Today, we head to the airport to catch the flight home and begin making plans for our return trip.
